well arrogance and disobidient people makes me angry,i ignore people who make me angry..i prefer to walk away if they are being intentional....i used to have a bad temper when i was young but my martial arts training and reading affirmation books and mixing with positive people helped a lot. I get angry when people don't listen to what I have to say, or cut me off before I complete my thought. I also don't like to be belittled or told I am stupid or my views are wrong. If my opinion is asked for then my opinion should be respected. I get angry at cruelty...to people or animals. I get angry about lots of injustices, so I'll lump them all together. I'm sure there are other things, too, but those come to mind right now..I think the martial arts are a great help in finding a way to confront anger.
